The new is adout going to bed early is good for our health. Scientists and  researchers from the U.K. say a bedtime of between 10pm and 11pm is best.

One of the authors of the study, Dr David Plans says that early or late bedtimes may be more likely to disrupt (打斷、中斷) the body clock, with negative consequences for cardiovascular(心血管的) health.

I think it was important for our body to Try not to go to bed in the midnight and wake up early. This way is better to our body and  can be more energetic.
